An Online & IRL Series // Created with Kianamoods
A 4-week capsule cohort exploring brand, boundaries and digital identity
Coming August 2025 |
Internet Intimacy
Posting online is inherently intimate.
Where does personal end … and brand begin?
We share our work, our creativity, and our lives with people we know andddd total strangers on the internet. What are we really consenting to when our lives become content?
If you've ever felt the pressure that comes with a personal brand—you're not alone. This cohort is a space to explore the space between expression and exposure. We'll practice staying true to ourselves while navigating the pull to constantly produce. Learn new ways to protect your energy, show up authentically and enjoy your internet experience.

Ctrl + Consent
Every platform interaction is a consent decision, yet most creators operate on autopilot, saying yes to engagement patterns that drain rather than energize them. This workshop reframes digital boundaries as consent practices, helping you move from reactive "soft boundaries" (hoping others will respect your limits) to proactive "hard boundaries" (systems that protect your energy by design). We'll audit your current digital agreements—from DM policies to collaboration requests—and redesign them around your actual capacity and values.
Workshop #2: Thursday August 14th, 12-2pm EST
Online or Overexposed?
This opening workshop explores the hidden costs of constant visibility and helps you identify where your online presence may be leaking energy, attention, and agency. We'll examine the difference between intentional transparency and reactive oversharing, mapping out what visibility actually serves your goals versus what feeds the algorithms.
Workshop #1 : Thursday August 7th, 2-4pm EST
Self-Expression, Screens & Somatics
This workshop centers somatic practices to help you distinguish between authentic creative impulses and algorithmic conditioning. We'll explore how screen-based communication affects your nervous system and develop practices for staying connected to your genuine voice while navigating digital spaces.
Workshop #3 : August 21st, 2-4pm EST
Platform Power Plays
Platforms are designed to extract your attention, data, and creative labor—but you can learn to engage strategically rather than reactively. This final workshop focuses on power dynamics in digital spaces, teaching you to recognize manipulation tactics and develop resistance strategies that align with your values. We'll explore how to build genuine community while refusing to participate in attention economy games that don't serve you.
Workshop #4 : Thursday August 28th, 12-2pm EST

About Kiana
Kiana (@kianamoods) is a brand strategist and futurist who helps multi-passionate creators transform their distinctive vision into strategic momentum. A child of dial-up who witnessed the internet's evolution from connection tool to surveillance capitalism, she brings 15+ years of experience building digital spaces at VICE, Google, and We Are Rosie to her work guiding creators who refuse to be categorized. Kiana approaches brand strategy from the inside out, prioritizing resonance over reach. She believes the most valuable voices exist at intersections that can't be easily categorized—and that authenticity isn't the opposite of strategy, it is strategy. She’s an advocate of digital rights & will always protect the dolls.
